About DjUrbanJunkieDj Urban Junkie Bio By the time he reached 12-13yrs old he got his 1st set hand me down decks and a mixer(from da folks). At the time(1989) the music he was into was rap like Young Mc, Rob Bass & Dj Easy Rock stuff like that. About a year later(1990) still not knowing how to really spin records but thinking he was good like all kids do. He heard a group called Soul 2 Soul that was the 1st time he heard so called "House Music". From there on the Rave scene started up in Toronto Canada all underground(1992). By that time this sound called House coming over from the UK. A few years (1995) later he upgraded to better equipment started playing what was going on in the Rave scene Acid, DnB, Techno. Than he got out of playing records. Not until 2002 he decide to get back into spinning records again. By this time he got back into it and hasn't stop. Now u will find him spinning House,Tech,Progressive,Electro on a couple of weekly shows on a few websites. As well trying to produce some on his own tracks. Followers
